MAINE SCHOOL OF MASONRY IN THE NEWS FROM THE GROUND UP Sun Journal Lewiston, Maine, December 19, 2007 By Ann Bryant Avon – Students in Michael Fogg's building course at Foster Regional Applied Technology Center have stopped working this week on the house they are building on South Strong Road to learn more about the art of masonry with Stephen Mitchell from the Maine School of Masonry. Mitchell brings all the supplies needed for students to work on brick projects. This is the 10th school he has visited this semester, he said Tuesday. Several small rectangular foundations are being built by the students. The break will also give electricians and plumbers time to work on a house, Fogg said.     Back to top.
